Sizeer has leased 141 sqm at the Blue City shopping center in Warsaw. Colliers International advised the tenant during the lease process. Sizeer is a multi-brand retail chain offering clothes, shoes and sports accessories. Blue City is located on Jerozolimskie avenue in Warsaw’s Ochota district. The property offers more than 65,000 sqm of retail space in 200 shops and service outlets, as well as 25 restaurants and coffee shops. “Every new tenant adds value to the center. In Blue City, we cooperate with top, well-known brands, and we try to diversify our offer,” said Anna Gut, director of leasing for Blue City. “Thanks to this, our customers can shop in one place, use different services or attractions as well as spend time with family or friends.
