Centrum Trade is planning to build a new retail park in Bosnia. The company purchased warehouses owned by Sava in Banja Luka, which will be redeveloped into a 20,000 sqm retail park, offering a mix of international and domestic retail brands, restaurants and bars, a children’s play area and a cinema. Completion is planned for 2021. The value of the investment was not disclosed.
