Saller Group has acquired a retail park located at the corner of Kotucza and Cegielniana streets in Rybnik. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Opened in 2018, the property offers 6,500 sqm of space as well as 250 parking spots. Tenants include Maxi Zoo pet shop, Media Expert, Action, Marko, Lidl and a Kłos bakery. This is the 70th project for the Wrocław-based developer in Poland.
