Milan Mašša has joined CBRE’s retail team in the Czech Republic as its new head of Advisory & Transaction Services – Retail. In another change to the company’s retail team, Tomáš Míček has been named Head of Property Management Retail. Mašša has over 12 years of experience on the Czech and Slovak retail markets, having worked previously for HB Reavis and IKEA Centres. In those positions, he took part in developing conceptual strategies for shopping centers as well as leasing strategies. Tomáš Míček, who led CBRE’s shopping center teams and opened Outlet Arena Moravia in Ostrava last year, is moving to the Head of Property Management Retail position.
