Lemi Invest, the developer of Shopping MallDova in Chisinau, secured a €21m cross-border syndicated credit from Victoriabank and Banca Transilvania. The money will be used to fund the construction of two new projects: a class A+ office building in the Moldovan capital and a four-star Courtyard by Marriott. Built in 2008, Shopping MallDova offers 100 stores on 75,000 sqm. Lemi Invest is a joint venture between Fiba Holding and Summa Turizm Yatirimciligi.
