GTC Group will open Ada Mall in Belgrade on May 24. The tenant list includes Kiehl’s, The Body Shop, Piazza Italia and Lee Cooper. The shopping center will also feature a premium food court on the third floor. GTC Group currently has 36 office buildings in its portfolio, totaling 614,000 sqm of space in Poland, Budapest, Bucharest, Belgrade and Zagreb. GTC is planning to develop an additional 349,000 sqm in capital cities across Eastern Europe.
