Ghelamco has launched construction of a retail park on Warszawska street in Łomianki, 20 km from Warsaw. Prochownia Łomianki will offer 5,300 sqm of retail space, which is to be leased by JLL, along with 150 parking spaces spaces. Tenants include a 2,220 sqm German supermarket, along with fashion, consumer electronics, a drugstore and stores for pets and kids. “The centre’s offer will be complemented by a restaurant and a cafe. In addition, we will provide commercial spaces ranging from 30 to 100 sqm,” said Mariusz Czerwiak, Head of Commercial Space Lease at JLL. “Talks are now underway with several tenants who do business in Łomianki. We want the retail park to be enriched with tenants from the local market,” he added.
