Tesco sells Conseq Hradec Kralove retail park

Tesco has sold off another piece of real estate from its Czech portfolio to a local Czech investor. This time, the asset on sale was a retail park on Rašinova street in Hradec Kralove and the buzer was the fund Conseq. The daily E15 writes that tenants in the park include Asko, Electro World, Sportisimo and New Yorker. Tesco is holding on to its hypermarket at the location as well as the petrol station. “This property met all of our requirements in terms of location, quality of tenant and the level of reveues produced,” said Vlada Kubovec to E15. “It matches our investment strategy for the fund for sufficient diversification.”
