Ali Tobacco is wrapping up construction on the first retail park in Skopje’s Cair-Butel municipality. The 9,500 sqm park, underway on the former Tip factory site, is scheduled for delivery in June. The tenant mix will include JYSK, Neptune, Waikiki, Sport Vision and Zegin. There will also be a supermarket, bank, restaurant, children’s playground and parking for 300 vehicles. Cushman & Wakefield/Fortonmka is the exclusive leasing agent.
