Oasis Retail Development & Consulting and Supernova are planning to build a shopping center in northern Sibiu. Prima Shopping Center Sibiu will cover 40,000 sqm. The companies are hoping to break ground this fall with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2020. The first phase, totaling 15,000 sqm, will include a hypermarket and a shopping gallery. A hotel is planned for the second phase.
