Prelios Immobilien Management will continue to serve as property manager for the LAGO Shopping Center in Constance, southern Germany. The company, which has managed the 27,500 sqm shopping center since it opened in 2004, renewed the service agreement with Union Investment. Over the last few months, Prelios has secured 20 leases over the last two years. The most recent tenant deals were signed with Marc Cain, GANT and Levi’s, which will open for business by the second half of 2019. A number of upgrades are planned for 2019, including a new lighting and ceiling concept. The center averages more than 10 million visitors a year.
