DNHS Park has secured a building permit for the construction of Rondo Hakena Park in Szczecin. The retail center will go up at the corner of Krygiera and Południowa streets and offer 10,500 sqm as well as car park with 450 spots. The tenant mix will include Orlen, Rossmann, Biedronka, Komfort, Komfort Łazienki, Q&Q, Martes Sport and Burger King. Krzysztof Słomiany from the Tues studio designed the scheme.
