Klein Enterprises acquires two Virginia shopping centers near Richmond

Klein Enterprises has acquired two shopping centers just south of Richmond, Virginia. The seller and sales price were not disclosed. The two retail centers, Courthouse Shops and Cloverhill Shops, are both located in Chesterfield County. Cloverhill Shops was fully leased at the time of the sale to tenants like Verizon Wireless, Benjamin Moore Paints, PostNet and a local pizza restaurant. Courthouse Shops is home to Starbucks Coffee, Jersey Mike’s, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, UPS and Edward Jones Investments.

“Virginia has been a focus for us as we look to expand outside of Maryland. We see a lot of opportunity in the Richmond market and are excited to have these two centers added to the Klein Enterprises portfolio,” said Daniel Klein, president of Klein Enterprises.
