Immofinanz acquired eight retail parks in the Balkan region. The company invested a total of €90.5m in the transactions. The fully leased properties are located in Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia. They generate about €7.2m in rental income per year. The properties in Croatia and Slovenia were sold by MID Group, while MPC Group offloaded the parks in Serbia. Immofinanz’s Stop Shop portfolio now includes 80 locations, totaling more than 567,000 sqm, in nine countries.
