Ceetrus Romania is investing €10m to expand Aushopping Satu Mare by 9,000 sqm. The expansion will increase the number of stores from 24 to 40 and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2019. The new space, which will include a cinema, will go up on a 7 ha plot the developer bought last year. Ceetrus also intends to break ground on a residential project, which will go up on 50,000 sqm.
