Following a €4.4m investment, Trei Real Estate Poland, part of Tengelmann Group, has opened a Vendo Park on Gojawiczyńska Street in Łódź. The project is the developer’s 10th retail park in Poland and its second investment in the city. The new retail park offers 2,900 sqm of sales space. Anchor tenants include KiK, Pepco, Action and Piekarenka. Vendo Parks are one-storey retail and service parks equipped with parking. They are usually built in close proximity to a large discount supermarket.
