Lesnina will open its first store in Serbia next spring. The furniture store will be located in Novi Sad, in northern Serbia. It will cover 20,000 sqm and will be staffed by up to 200 people. The investment is valued at €20m. Lesnina was established in 1949. It employs around 25,000 people in 280 stores across Europe. In 2010, it became the part of Austria’s XXXLUTZ group. The company is planning to invest €100m to expand its presence in Serbia.
