EfTEN Real Estate Fund III has announced increased sales revenue of 18 percent for the first three quarters of 2018, up from €5.3m in 2017 to €6.3m in 2018. The same period has also seen the group’s profits rise from €3.7m to €4.5m. The company began construction of a Hortes Garden Center in Tallinn during the third quarter of 2018 and undertook a significant shake-up of its tenant mix at Saules Miestas, its shopping center in Šiauliai, Lithuania. Among the new brands it signed up are SportsDirect, which has a new flagship store, and Pepco. Access to flexible finance has aided in its growth, with new loans for the acquisition of properties totaling almost €9.5m in 2018.
