Big CEE Serbia acquired a retail park in Pancevo, near Belgrade, from Aviv Arlon. The purchase price for Aviv Park Pancevo was not disclosed. The retail park sits on 7.4 ha in downtown Pancevo and offers 28,000 sqm of space. The property features a hypermarket and cinema complex. Tenants include Takko, New Yorker, C&A, H&M, Deichmann and McDonald’s. Big CEE is currently one of the biggest retail groups in Serbia. The company has been operating in the country for more than 11 years.
