Prelios Immobilien Management found a new owner for the Schlossberg Center in Marburg, Germany. Prior the sale, Prelios undertook a restructuring and optimization of the retail space, extensions of numerous rental agreements and a modernization of the center’s technology. The seller is a German special fund that did not disclose the purchase price. Prelios Immobilien Management will continue to manage the center on behalf of the owner. The Schlossberg Center in its current format opened in 2001 following a renovation of the former Horten department store. Tenants in the 8,000 sqm retail and 4,000 sqm of office space include Lidl, C&A, Vero Moda, Jack & Jones, AOK Hessen, New Yorker, and Deichmann.
