Sapient Center, owned by Lotus Center and Alexandru Pop, bought the bankrupt shopping center Oradea Shopping City for €8m. The project was sold by the liquidator Expert Insolventa SPRL, which took over the complex after Shopping City Oradea SRL went bankrupt. The sale took place last month. The shopping center will be upgraded and refurbished, and its opening is scheduled for the second half of next year.
