TK Maxx has extended its lease on 2,445 sqm of space at the Sarni Stok shopping center in Bielsko-Biała, southern Poland. The 33,000 sqm property is one of the largest shopping centers in the city. Sarni Stok includes 90 stores and service outlets. A renovation of the premises has been scheduled for this month. Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for managing and commercializing the mall.
