RC Europe RSB is expanding its retail park network in Serbia, with openings planned in Uzice, Obrenovac, Vrsac and Ruma. The first new retail park will open next spring in Uzice, western Serbia. The 6,600 sqm, €6m investment will be located next to a Lidl. DexyCo and WinWin Electro have already signed lease agreements. The company is also planning to open a retail park in Obrenovac next year. In December 2017, RC Europe RSB opened Nest Retail Park in Kraljevo, which is currently fully leased.
