Delta Planet, the biggest shopping center in Bosnia, is scheduled to open at the beginning of 2019 in Banja Luka. The center, going up on a 60,000 sqm plot, will offer 40,000 sqm of leasable space. The final stage of construction is underway. Delta Real Estate has invested €70m in the project. The retail space is fully leased. The names of the tenants have not been released. The shopping center will also feature a cinema with six screening halls, a supermarket, restaurants and 1,000 parking spots.
