Deichmann has renewed its lease on 546.55 sqm at the Plejada shopping center in Sosnowiec. Cushman & Wakefield advised on the transaction. “The lease renewal is not only a continuation of successful cooperation but also an opportunity for a new opening as it coincides with the planned renovation of the store. This will benefit mainly Plejada customers who will enjoy an enhanced shopping experience in a revamped store,” said Izabela Sekrecka of Cushman & Wakefield. Plejada’s tenant mix includes fashion brands, electronics and home appliances retailers, food stores as well as a travel agency and a dry-cleaner’s. Built in 2001, the complex also features a food court.
