Gdańsk clothing producer LPP is planning to build a new distribution center on a 35 ha plot in Brześć Kujawski. Colliers International advised the company on the choice of land plot. The new 100,000 sqm LPP distribution center will be dedicated to the Reserved clothing brand. The cost of the investment is PLN 400m. Design work will start this fall, with completion scheduled for 2022. The new facility will create 1,000 new jobs.
