The ENEL-MED Group has signed a lease on 1,000 sqm at Homepark Targówek in Warsaw. Pradera European Retail Parks, the owner of the building, was represented by C&W during the lease process. The tenant will move into its new space by the end of the first quarter of next year. Homepark Targówek is located close to an exit road from Warsaw to Marki and near the Toruńska Route. The property offers 67,527 sqm of GLA and is one of Poland’s largest retail parks anchored by furniture and homeware stores. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland is the property manager.
