There’s growing media speculation in Slovakia that Primark is looking to open its first store in Bratislava in the near future. Dennik N cites local real estate experts who claim that the discount clothing retailer is considering the move but is being held back by a lack of available labor. The daily writes that the company would need to be sure it could hire 300 people for training. It’s not the first time such rumors have emerged though. In 2014, newspapers were predicting Primark was close to signing a lease for space in Aupark, even though they lacked any hard evidence that this was the case.
