Awbud has signed on to build the Tkalnia shopping center in Pabianice near Łódź. The project, a refurbishment of a former textile factory on Grobelna street, will offer 14,000 sqm of leasable space in 40 stores. The Blue Ocean Investment Group is in charge of commercializing the property and has already secured tenants like Media Expert, Smyk, CCC, Empik, Martes Sport and Helios. Construction costs are estimated at PLN 45m, with completion scheduled for the first half of 2019.
