Palms Plaza in Boca Raton sells for $30m

Crow Holdings Capital Real Estate, an affiliate of Trammel Crow, purchased a Boca Raton shopping center for $30.2m. The Dallas-based asset manager bought the 85,000 sq ft Palms Plaza shopping center for just over $355 per sq ft. Built in 1998 on a 9.4-acre site, the facility has 400 parking spots. Tenants include Party City, Chase Bank and a standalone Olive Garden restaurant. The seller, Canadian commercial real estate developer North American Development Group, bought the asset in 2011 for $18.5m.
