Boca Raton real estate investor Myron Vogel paid $18.4m for the Okee Square shopping center in West Palm Beach, Florida. The 124,000 sq ft retail complex is anchored by Advance Auto Parts, Michael’s and Staples along with two parcels consisting of a Rooms To Go Kids and a PDQ Restaurant. The seller, a New York-based company owned by Itzhak Ashkenazy and Jonathan Agus, bought the asset in 2006 for $14.5m.
