Construction of a new Capitol Park in southern Serbia is scheduled to start this summer. Poseidon Group will invest around €10m in this retail park in Leskovac. Completion is set for this fall. The park, to go up on a 16,500 sqm parcel, will feature 16 stores and create 200 new jobs. The 6,500 sqm Capitol Park will be close to the city center and the E-75 highway. This will be the UK investor’s fourth retail park in Serbia, after locations Sabac, Sombor and Belgrade.
