NEPI Rockcastle, through its subsidiaries, has acquired the Aura shopping center in Poland and the Ozas shopping center in Lithuania. Aura Centrum was purchased for €64.9m, while Ozas cost the investor €124.6m. Located in Olsztyn, Aura Centrum offers 25,000 sqm of leasable space. Opened in 2005, the center was extended in 2009 and was further refurbished in 2013 and 2016. Aura Centrum is 94.2 percent leased. Opened in 2009, Ozas is located in Vilnius and has a GLA of more than 60,000 sqm. The shopping center has a strong fashion and entertainment-oriented tenant mix, including numerous international retailers such as Adidas, Bershka, CCC, Deichmann, Gant, H&M, Karen Millen, Lindex and LPP brands.
