The developer and investor Moishe Mana purchased a two-story retail and office building in Miami for $12.9m. Located at the corner of Flagler Street and Northeast Second Street, the 29,000 sq ft building sits on a 14,520 sq ft site. The second floor of the office condominium is currently leased to the White Family Law Firm. Mana began investing in downtown Miami approximately four years ago, spending a total of $285m. Colliers International represented Mana during the transaction.

“With so much exciting development planned for Downtown, the inventory is starting to dwindle and prices are starting to reflect that,” said Mika Mattingly, an executive vice president at Colliers. “Moishe Mana’s deliberate and proactive acquisition of this high-visibility retail piece reinforces his commitment to the future of downtown Miami and its ongoing transformation.”
