Fountains of Miramar in South Florida sells for $40m

Stockbridge Capital Group acquired a South Florida retail property from DDR Corp. and Blackstone. The shopping center owner and management company paid $40m for the 150,000 sq ft Fountains of Miramar. THe tenant mix includes Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, Pet Supermarket and HomeGoods. Neighboring outparcels not included in the sale include Home Depot, Chipotle, Benihana and Chick-fil-A. The sellers bought the asset from Prologis in 2015 for about $35.8m.
