Xiaomi opened its first Mi Store in the Czech Republic over the weekend at Černý Most shopping center. Its offering of phones for CZK 500 and earphones for just a koruna bad people camped out in front of the store from the early morning hours. And to keep the crowds coming in the store offered a 30 percent discount on all items in the store throughout the day. Security personnel allowed people in just 10 at a time from about 11:00 a.m. but the line had already snaked around half the mall.
