Galeria Mazovia, a retail asset located in Płock and owned by the CBRE European Shopping Centre Fund, secured a BREEAM Excellent rating in tests conducted in February. The rating is an improvement on the Very Good score the property received during testing in 2015. Galeria Mazovia is the largest shopping center in Płock, and includes more than 100 retail and leisure outlets. The property saw a like-for-like sales growth of 8.4 percent in 2017, attracting a total of 4.3 million visitors last year.
