Element Development is set to open Bistrita Retail Park in May, following a €9m investment. The tenant mix will include Carrefour, Help Net, Lems, Decathlon, Dinoland, Metropolis, Topshop, Churreria Julia, Noodle Pack, Salad Box and JYSK. The general contractor of the project was Campeador, while Vitalis was the construction supervisor. CBRE Romania is in charge of commercializing the retail park.
