Following a €10.5m investment, Immofinanz is planning to open a Stop Shop retail park in Pozarevac, eastern Serbia next month. The park will feature 16 outlets on 7,200 sqm and employ 300 people. There will also be parking for more than 300 cars. Construction of Immofinanz’s fifth retail park on the local market broke ground in November. The Austrian company entered Serbia in 2015. It currently operates retail parks in Lazarevac, Valjevo, Cacak and Nis and has plans to open two more locations in Sremska Mitrovica and Vrsac.
