EPP closed €334m worth of deals last year and announced it was in the process of buying the M1 portfolio, valued at €692m. The M1 acquisition will add an additional 12 properties to EPP’s portfolio by 2020. The first tranche, which includes shopping centers in Czeladź, Kraków, Łódź and Zabrze, was completed in January. Many assets in EPP’s portfolio reported growth last year, including Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław, where footfall was up 8.8 percent. Galeria Amber reported an 8.1-percent growth in footfall, while Galaxy’s footfall was up by 7.1 percent.
