Poseidon Group plans next two Serbian retail parks

British investor Poseidon Group will expand its network of retail parks in Serbia. Having opened two in 2017, in Sombor and Rakovica, it’s now planning to open new ones in Zajecar and Leskovac. Both are estimated to be €15m investments that will employ around 240 people. The opening of the 6,500 sqm Capitol Park in Leskovac is planned later this year while 9,000 sqm park in Zajecar should open in early 2019. Capitol Park in Sabac, which opened in 2014, has negotiated for three new tenants to open shops, while a 2,150 sqm extension is planned at Capitol Park in Rakovica, which opened in 2017. The company plans to build 10 retail parks in Serbia.
