Nexterio, a Kielce-based retailer that sells ceramic tiles, gres tiles, clinkers and mosaics, has leased 850 sqm at the Zakopianka retail park in Kraków. Opened in 1998 on the former Cracow Soda Factory Solvay site, the retail park covers more than 81,000 sqm and includes a shopping center and a Carrefour supermarket. The property also features a historic building with 13 retail and service points as well as free-standing large-area stores housing retailers like Castorama, Decathlon, FeuVert and a Cinema City movie theater. The shopping center has 86 tenants in total and 2,200 parking spaces.
