Parking space operator Q-Park Deutschland has added the Kudamm Karree property in Berlin to its portfolio. Located at Kurfürstendamm 207-209, Kudamm Karree is a multi-functional building complex that is currently undergoing a thorough renovation. The property will feature shopping, office and leisure facilities as well as more than 500 parking spaces, which will be operated by Q-Park. The underground parking garage is also being renovated and will offer an additional 300 spots to be overseen by Q-Park. The car park is expected to open at the end of 2018, while completion of the underground car park is scheduled for Q2 2021.
