Komfort renewed its lease at Homepark Janki, while Komfort Łazienki signed on as a new tenant. The transactions were brokered by Cushman & Wakefield and totaled nearly 1,400 sqm. Homepark Janki is a retail park with furniture and homeware stores. Its anchor tenants include RTV Euro AGD, Piotr i Paweł, Jula, Empik, Komfort, Living Room, Vox Meble, Belbazaar, Gravitan and Rossman. Homepark Janki is owned by Pradera, while BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland is the property manager.
