Dealz, a concept retailer offering a broad range of products, signed a lease on 460 sqm at the Kalinka retail park in Kalisz. Savills represented Antan Development Polska, the investor of the property, in the lease transaction. “We are pleased that this leading foreign brand has decided to open one of its first stores in Poland at the Kalinka retail park, beginning its expansion into this part of Europe with Poland. The Dealz store will ideally complement the retail offer of Kalinka, whose commercialization is running extremely smoothly,” said Krzysztof Wyrzykowski, senior leasing manager for the retail agency at Savills. The Kalinka retail park is located near the junction of Serbinowska and Młynarska streets in Kalisz. It includes four buildings totaling 7,900 sqm. Kalinka also offers 147 surface parking spaces and an underground 50-space car park.
