Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) is launching a new institutional real estate fund on Universal-Investment’s AIF platform in Luxembourg. The fund will primarily invest in Austrian retail parks and centers, specialist stores and city markets in established locations with solid fundamental data. The target investment volume is €250m. BVK is one of the largest institutional investors in Germany. Blue Asset Management will provide investment advice and real estate management services.
