The Nusco family sold two plots of land in Bucharest to Globalworth for €16m. The first plot measures about 6,500 sqm and is located in the immediate vicinity of Globalworth Plaza, while the second plot, covering about 4,000 sqm, is located next to Green Court. Both projects are owned by Globalworth. Green Court, which includes three office buildings, was bought by Globalworth from Skanska.
