Goshen Plaza, a shopping center in Gaithersburg, Maryland has been sold for $14 million to Hotels USA of Hunt Valley LLC. The 45,800 square foot retail center is shadow anchored by Giant Food. Located on Rothbury Drive, the asset is currently 93 percent leased to 18 national and regional tenants including CVS Pharmacy, McDonald’s, Metro PCS, Pizza Hut, Mathnasium, Subway and Pet Value. Neuman Commercial Group, led by Gil Neuman, negotiated the year-end sale on behalf of the buyer.
