It’s being reported that MPC Holding will buy the Mercator shopping center in New Belgrade. This is one of the first shopping centers to have been built in Belgrade, having opened in 2002. Reconstructed in 2012, the 22,000 sqm facility is occupied by 70 stores. The price of this acquisition is about €46m.
MPC Holding provides property development and management services. It currently operates the Usce shopping center, Immo Outlet center and it leases several commercial properties in central Belgrade.
