Serbian based Delta Holding plans to build Delta Planet in Nis, located in the south of Serbia. Construction of the mall, the developer’s biggest ever, should begin in March 2018, assuming the city approves the needed urban planning documentation. The €80m center, which will be located between Blagoja Parovica street and Boulevard Nemanjica, is going up on a 6.5 ha plot that once served as the headquarters and garages of Nis express company. Completion of the 2-floor mall, with more than 880 parking spaces and an open 6,500 sqm ‘green oasis’ roof, is expected to take 15 months.
